Access
Temporary passes/QR, ID vs phone authorisation, walk-up floors, village gates. Name the building when quoting (quote prep).
Goods lifts & parking
Timed service lifts; night access for offices; unloading spots in tight districts.
Rubbish
Floor refuse rooms vs chute rules; who removes post-reno bulk bags; bag specs in commercial towers. Do not assume street dumping is OK.
Noise & hours
Vacuuming, carpet work and some pest jobs have sound or odour—check quiet hours and shop peak times; plan ventilation after pest treatment.
Keys & security
Authorised handover is fine; assess code sharing for offices. First post-reno/pest visits benefit from someone on site.
