What it is

Post-renovation (move-in / handover) cleaning targets fine dust, tape residue, paint spots, window-track grit, and visible drain-area soil left after fit-out. In Hong Kong, that dust settles inside cabinets and on switch plates—routine hourly cleaning rarely catches it. WhatsApp +852 6298 4284 with size, finish stage, district, and move-in date. Confirmed checklist = scope.

Why a quick sweep is not enough

Dust re-settles when AC or windows run; adhesives need surface-safe removal; tracks and cabinet interiors are easy to miss before you store dishes and clothes. Full checklist: post-renovation checklist.

When it fits

New fit-out or major refresh before move-in; vacant possession prep; partial kitchen/bath reno with dust spread; after bulky waste is already removed by the fit-out team.

Scope & process

Typical directions: full vacuum/mop; skirtings and panels; cabinets inside/out; baths; frames/tracks; AC outlet surfaces (not full AC strip-down); adhesive residue where removable; drain surfaces. Bulk construction waste haul-away is not automatic—ask.

  1. Photos of empty rooms, kitchen/bath, tracks, leftover waste
  2. Confirm deadline and room count
  3. Book estate goods-lift/visitor access
  4. Clean + ventilate
  5. Inspect cabinets and tracks

Notes

Wet paint/sealant may need curing time; tell us about new flooring or lacquered cabinets; external façades/high glass usually out of scope; in-unit AC deep wash is separate.
