Empty newly fitted flats can look clean until you wipe inside cabinets or run a finger along window tracks. Use this checklist to self-audit or to brief a WhatsApp quote.

Why “post-renovation” ≠ routine home cleaning

Fine construction dust settles in cabinets, switch gaps, AC outlet surfaces and floor edges. Routine hourly cleans target living soil; post-reno also handles adhesives, track grit and paint spots. Service page: Post-renovation cleaning.

Checklist

Floors & skirtings — vacuum edges, mop, use floor-safe products.
Cabinets & drawers — interiors before storing dishes/clothes; track dust.
Kitchen & bath — counters, splashbacks, glass, mirrors, taps, visible drain surfaces (pipe blockages are separate).
Doors & windows — frame adhesives, track sand, extractor covers.
Walls within reach & switches — panels and hand-height marks if paint allows.
AC outlet surfaces — exterior wipe only; full indoor deep wash is a different job.

DIY vs pro

DIY first: haul cardboard/debris, peel films, ventilate, photo defects.
Book help: whole-flat fine dust, heavy residue, tight handover deadlines, no-lift access. WhatsApp https://wa.me/85262984284.

Before you book

Clear bulk waste; send empty-room + track + kitchen/bath photos; state move-in date; ask management about goods lifts and passes. Also: quote prep · estate access.
